What is the purpose of the Merz Aesthetics APAC Spark Awards?
The Merz Aesthetics APAC Spark Awards are designed to celebrate fresh thinking, bold ideas, and relentless curiosity within our APAC Marketing and Medical Affairs teams.
The awards are an opportunity to bring your ideas to life and be rewarded for it – whether it’s a clever, minor adjustment that helps us work 1% better; an exceptional approach to collaboration; or a big, transformative idea that reshapes the way we do business.
Who is eligible to participate?
All APAC Marketing and Medical Affairs team members are eligible to enter. You can enter as an individual or as a team of up to six teammates.
Submissions
How do I submit my idea?
You can submit your idea using the submission form. Please refer to the ‘Submissions and Eligibility’ page for more information.
Selection and judging
How are the awards judged?
Our judges will evaluate each submission based on the criteria outlined here.
Who are the judges?
Merz Aesthetics to confirm if judges have yet been finalized.
Can I be recognized for ideas that have already been implemented?
The awards are designed to recognize and celebrate new ideas that have not yet been implemented.
Rewards
How will I know if my idea has been shortlisted or chosen as a winner?
Shortlisted participants will be announced in November 2025. Names of shortlisted participants will be published on this site and share via an email to all APAC Marketing and Medical Affairs team members.
Winners will be announced at the Medical Marketing Summit in March 2026.
What prizes are offered to winners?
Prizes include $XXXX cash, a creative sabbatical, support to bring your ideas to life, and of course, a sleek trophy that serves as a tribute to your ideas. You can find out more on the Prizes page.
How are prizes assigned to team submissions?
To confirm with Merz Aesthetics. Usually the prize will be split amongst the group or group submissions receive a nominal extra amount of money that can be divided.
