This award celebrates ideas for extraordinary partnerships that take collaboration to the next level. Whether it’s with colleagues, clients, or external partners, we’re looking for ideas on ways to collaborate that transform shared goals into transformative outcomes.

  • Ideas to improve or broaden existing external partnerships
  • Ideas to better collaborate with other departments across Merz Aesthetics to elevate results

Judging criteria

Each submission will be evaluated by our panel of judges using the following criteria:

The feasibility of implementing and scaling the idea across teams, geographies, or audiences.
